VC Highlands: Planned Lane Restrictions

Starting Oct. 26, 2026, Construction Materials Engineer, Inc. will conduct geotechnical work on Cartwright Road between State Route 341 and Fire Station 72 in the Virginia City Highlands. The work will help inform design recommendations for the Cartwright Road project.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane in the work area, with flaggers directing drivers. Please plan for delays and use caution around crews and equipment.
