Fernley, Nevada – On Oct. 21, 2026, members of the Lyon County Sheriff's Office Sex Offender Task Force (SOTF) arrested 49-year-old Fernley resident Sean Patrick Ringer for failing to comply with Nevada's sex offender registration requirements.
