Big things are grilling in Dayton — A Scoop or Two (720 Hwy 50) just rolled out a brand-new food truck today (May 15), and it’s bringing the flavor in a big way. Customers can now sink their teeth into juicy smash burgers, “hot diggity dogs,” and, coming soon, a rotating lineup of weekly specials crafted fresh by Chef Rocco Rossi.

The new food truck will be serving hungry locals Thursdays through Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., though hours may shift a bit as the crew gets rolling. And of course, no visit is complete without a scoop (or two) of Tahoe Creamery ice cream for dessert.

The food truck will also roll into Old Town Dayton for the Saturday, May 30, Dayton Main Street America 250 Pony Express ReRide Celebration, serving up homemade classics during the festivities.
