Celebrate America 250 on the Fourth of July at the Fourth Ward School

Celebrate the Fourth of July at the Fourth Ward! Experience spectacular views of the official Virginia City Fireworks Show from our beautiful historic balcony and attic. This rare opportunity to sit on our balcony or look out our fourth-story windows will create memories for years to come. These areas are usually not open to the public!

  • Enjoy a live music performance from artist Arnold Mitchem and the Jonesy Duo.
  • Food is included with your ticket and your first beverage is on the house.
  • Guests receive free parking in our designated parking lot.

Tickets are limited due to limited access to our balcony and fourth floor watch space, and are already going fast, so be sure to snag a ticket before they are gone!

Thursday, July 4, 2026. Doors open at 7 p.m. Event begins at 8 p.m. The Fireworks Show begins at Dusk (sunset is 8:30 p.m.).
