Wine lovers, animal advocates, and community supporters came together on May 30 for Dayton's annual Wine Walk, proving that a good glass of vino tastes even better when it supports a great cause.

This popular Dayton RE/MAX Professionals annual event paired an array of wine with tasty treats, food trucks, live music, local vendors, and plenty of community spirit—all while raising funds for Lyon County Animal Services. By the time the final glasses were emptied just three hours later, more than $6,500 had been raised, with 100% of proceeds benefiting local animals in need.

"This event was a true example of teamwork at its finest," said RE/MAX Broker Owner Susan Greer on social media. "Every person contributed equally to its success, working hard, supporting one another and stepping in wherever needed. Because of that teamwork, the entire event came together beautifully and felt effortless."

With thousands of dollars raised and countless memories made, the annual Wine Walk once again demonstrated that when the community comes together, we can make a big difference for the people and organizations that keep us going strong.
