The Delta Saloon restaurant space in Virginia City is officially open once again! Bonanza Cantina Mexican Food and Saloon owner Arturo Valadez is now the proprietor of The Miner's Table – American-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days per week.
