Lyon County Caregiver Support Services Classes

Are you taking care of an adult relative, partner, friend or parent(s)? Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver.

Lyon County Human Services uses PTC curriculum to provide support to caregivers of adults with chronic conditions. This program is offered through classes and support groups to help build your network and skills.

Class sessions will be held once a week for 6 weeks at the following location:
Silver Springs Senior Center
2945 Ft Churchill St
Weekly on Wednesday, Jan. 7 -Feb. 11
Classes offered from 10 am-11:30 am and 12:30 pm-2 pm
