LCSO SIU Yerington Operation

On June 16, 2026, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Special Investigations Unit (SIU) assisted Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE) with a Criminal Enforcement Operation in the
100 Block of Falcon Way, Yerington, Nevada, 89447. The operation resulted in the arrest of a Criminal Illegal Alien who undermined the safety of our community and the integrity of immigration laws.

ADRIAN PELAYO-GARCIA was arrested by ICE, with local Lyon County criminal charges pending for:
