First Annual Alzheimer's Fundraiser Bike Ride
Cheryl Curtis, owner of Virginia City Motorcycle Company, organized an Alzheimer's motorcycle poker ride fundraiser this past Saturday that ended in Virginia City. Although the event ended with snow on the first day of summer, Cheryl was excited about the turnout.
"What a fantastic group of riders and volunteers that came together yesterday to make this event happen. Despite the wind and the snow on the 2nd day of Summer, we got through it, and I thank you. We raised some money for the Northern Nevada Alzheimer's Association, and we have a great story to tell."
Cheryl added, "I'm looking forward to next year."
