Project Summary
The Central Lyon County Fire Protection District has submitted applications to Lyon County for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and a Zoning Map Amendment related to Fire Station 38 to allow for an air ambulance partner to operate out of Fire Station 38 located at 199 Six Mile Canyon Rd, Dayton, NV.

• Purpose: To allow for the potential addition of a helipad and transition zoning to Public Facilities

• Location: Lyon County Board of Commissioners Chambers, 27 South Main St, Yerington, NV

Members of the public may attend the Planning Commission hearing and provide comments.
