Donovan Mill Blacksmith Program: Introductory Smithing Class

Starting April 25, 2026, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Cost: $100 per person, materials and tools supplied

You will learn how to work hot steel; how to build, light and maintain a coal forge fire with a hand-cranked blower; hammering techniques: drawing, pointing, twisting, punching…You will take home your handmade forged item along with new friendships.
Class size is limited to six students. Registrations on a first paid basis as classes fill up fast! Taught by experienced local smiths.
