Virginia City celebrated America’s 250th birthday in true Comstock fashion, proving once again that history isn’t just remembered here – it’s lived.

With heads and rifles held high, our small town welcomed locals and visitors alike for a Fourth of July parade filled with patriotism, community spirit, and Old West pride. As the nation marks 250 years of independence, places like Virginia City play an important role in keeping America’s story alive – preserving the people, events, and traditions that helped shape the American West and the country we know today.
